2025 Climate Risk Report
This report, prepared in response to California Senate Bill 261 (SB 261), outlines Herbalife’s climate-related financial risks in line with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations. It covers all four Climate Risk pillars—Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Metrics & Targets—and highlights Herbalife’s first climate scenario analysis conducted in 2025. The report aims to enhance transparency by sharing the company’s current understanding of climate impacts and ongoing efforts to mitigate and manage these risks.
