Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF), a global nutrition direct-selling company, announced the promotion of Patrick R. Dailey, Ph.D. to the newly-created position of chief administrative officer, responsible for human resources, overseeing the company's real estate portfolio, risk management and corporate travel. Dailey joined the company in August 2005 as senior vice president of human resources.
Dailey came to Herbalife from Hewlett-Packard Company in Palo Alto where he served as vice president, global workforce management. Previously, he was employed at Lucent Technologies. Earlier in his career, Dailey worked at Korn/Ferry International, The British Oxygen Group, and PepsiCo's Frito-Lay division.
Herbalife has approximately 3500 employees in 150 locations around the world. Dailey's appointment furthers the development of the company's infrastructure towards becoming a world-class leader in the nutrition industry.
