Herbalife Ltd. Announces Dividend

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF) today reported that its board of directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share to shareholders of record effective March 3, 2009, payable on March 17, 2009.

The company will release its fourth quarter and full year 2008 financial results Tuesday, February 24, 2009 after the close of trading on the NYSE. The following day, Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 8 a.m. PT (11 a.m. ET), Herbalife's senior management team will host an investor conference call to discuss its recent financial results and provide an update on current business trends.
