(NYSE: HLF) announced that it has rescheduled its 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to now occur at 10:30 a.m. PDT on April 29, 2014, in order to allow the company to continue its discussions with Carl Icahn regarding potentially adding additional Icahn nominees to Herbalife’s board of directors. The meeting will be held at 800 W. Olympic Boulevard, Suite 406, Los Angeles, California.
