14. Subsequent Events On October 30, 2016, an arbitration tribunal awarded the Company approximately $30 million in connection with the re-audit of the Company’s 2010 to 2012 financial statements after the resignation of KPMG as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm. Either party may file a motion to vacate, modify or correct the award. This amount has not been recognized within the Company’s condensed consolidated financial statements as of September 30, 2016. |
