The Bank is comprised of three regionally focused divisions: Swiss Universal Bank, Asia Pacific and International Wealth Management serving Europe,  the Middle East, Latin America and Africa. Two other divisions—Global Markets as well as Investment Banking & Capital Markets—sit alongside these regional businesses. The Strategic Resolution Unit consolidates, as of December 31, 2018, the Bank’s remaining portfolios from the former non-strategic units plus additional businesses and positions that do not fit with its strategic direction.
