On February 23, 2022, Herbalife Nutrition Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter and
fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
