Has rules in place to prevent members from opening a
Nutritional Clubin a non-residential location or signing a lease to open a Nutrition Clubbefore they have been a member for more than 90 days.
Requires members to submit a Registration Form for their club to
Herbalifeat least 30 days prior to opening a club in a non-residential location.
